COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer

Ltd liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to:
the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the
goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to
you again.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to
purchase any goods or services.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or
other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon
receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on
the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia
Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that
are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is
made at the discretion of Introduce Me Ltd
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware
there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital
goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods,
please contact us so we may try to assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Introduce Me Ltd handles returns and processes refunds in
accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us
within 2 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are
unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a
refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be
refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the
same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion
of Introduce Me Ltd Please note we are unable to provide refunds for Medicare,
private health appointments.

Introduce Me Ltd may from time to time provide on its
website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those
websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship,
endorsement, or approval or arrangement between Introduce Me Ltd and the

any of the content found on the linked websites.
Introduce Me Ltd website may contain information or
advertisements provided by third parties for which Introduce Me Ltd
accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any information or advice provided to

even with the photos representing professionals at Introduce Me Ltd.
Introduce Me Ltd makes no guarantees that the professional you see
at Introduce Me Ltd will be an exact resemblance to their photograph, as
their photograph may be influenced by different factors e.g., age of the photo,
lighting etc. You agree to not seek compensation or claim any form of damages
due to these or express any type of grievance because of this including
advertising grievance.
FEEDBACK
You agree that prior to communicating with any society or
association or private entity or business or government body or person or other
regarding feedback or grievance regarding Introduce Me Ltd that you must
consult and engage in communication with the manager to resolve any grievance
with Introduce Me Ltd. You also agree not to broadcast any grievance
publicly. You understand that you may be fully liable for any cost or
compensation incurred to Introduce Me Ltd if this process is not followed
including legal fees, damages or harm or other experienced by Introduce Me
Ltd.

By engaging our services, you agree that Introduce Me
Ltd is reliant on the information supplied by the client in order to provide
the services and cannot be held responsible for any results of our services
provided based on such client information. You are liable and fully responsible
for any decisions you make based on our services or recommendations and any
consequences which may result.
Any and all information on our website is educational and
for information purposes only, intended to assist you. It is not to be
construed as business advice and should not substitute professional advice
based on your own business or personal circumstances.
JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws
of NSW and Australia. If there is a dispute between you
and Introduce Me Ltd that results in litigation then you must submit to

We cater to a diverse range of individuals including professional singles, senior singles, LGBTQ+ singles, culturally specific communities, and others as outlined on our website.
Matchmaking is a subjective and human-centred process.
We do not guarantee:
- Romantic attraction
- Emotional compatibility
- Long-term relationships
- Marriage
- Specific outcomes of any kind
Clients acknowledge that chemistry and personal connection cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
- Eligibility

While we use professional judgment and structured processes to assess compatibility, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction due to lack of romantic connection does not constitute breach of service.
- Events and In-Person Activities
Participants attending events, parties, styling sessions, or photography services do so voluntarily.
Introduce Me is not liable for:
- Personal injury (except where required by law)
- Loss of personal property
- Interpersonal disputes arising at events
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTRODUCE ME PTY LTD is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Emotional distress
- Relationship outcomes
- Personal decisions made following introductions
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- No Counselling or Therapeutic Relationship
Services provided by Introduce Me do not constitute psychological counselling, therapy, or crisis intervention services.
Participation in matchmaking does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.
